  • We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days from the date of dispatch.
  • Items must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • Please note, If the items are not sent back to us in their original condition, we reserve the right to reship the goods back to the given shipping address.
  • To start your return, please email us at info@kloffoffical.com with your name, order number, full address and reason for return. Once reviewed and accepted we will initiate your return and email you further instructions.
  • Once we have received your items back to our distribution centre, your refund/exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
